Get more in Home Care Services for your money

Reasons to choose “The Care List”

Our fees are competitively priced and are typically lower than our competition which charge between 25% to 35%. See our comparison table that breaks down the fees and charges.

Just because we are better value doesn’t mean reduced service, our case care managers have a capped amount of clients so that they are not overloaded and can spend more time on each person to ensure all care is delivered.

We have a support care case manager for our case managers just in case someone is sick or goes on holidays, this gives you peace of mind that the services will continue uninterrupted.

To help further support our case care managers, we have removed administration tasks like invoicing, which other providers ask their staff to manage, again more time spent on servicing your needs.

Some providers will charge you set-up fees, Exit fees and Basic Daily fees, at The Care List we have removed all of the fees, so there is more of your money working harder for you to get the services you need.

The Care List provides clients, including family members, access to accounts so you can have an open and transparent account of your services.

The Care List is always striving to improve service offerings and is using technology to deliver better service. That’s why we have partnered with Sydney University to implement the Genie program, give us a call to find out more. 1300 939 458.

Choice & Control

Do you already have some service providers, like a cleaner or gardener that you'd like to keep?
No problems! Wherever possible we will ask them to continue to provide you with services as per your care plan and we pay their bills from your government provided subsidies.

Convenience and Transparency

We will give you a monthly statement showing how much has been paid out of your subsidies and how much still remains. Each month we roll over any money that's left so that you can use it for emergencies OR as your needs change, on other services.

The Care List sets the standards
