We collect personal information in order to plan and deliver appropriate care to you, not for marketing purposes.
Information you have provided us maybe shared with carers, doctors and other medical services in order for effective care to be delivered to you.

Information will generally be collected via email, over the phone and during the care planning process. The kind of information typically sought will be name, address, phone number, email addresses, your medical history and personal background information, including cultural, language, religious and other preferences that you communicate to us. Other information that can be collected includes home care package paperwork or statements pertaining to your current aged care services including medical history and financial records.


We retain the content of any email that you send to us if we believe we have a legal requirement to do so. Your email message content may be monitored by our employees for security issues, including where email abuse is suspected; our response to you may be monitored for quality assurance issues.
